Maison THEODOR created this extraordinary fruit infusion commemorating the fruit trees in the garden of mum. There we picked apples, red currants, strawberries... A lovely fruity infusion for summer afternoons (and also really suitable to create as a cold beverage). 

Ingredients:    
Pieces of apple, pineapple, red currants, rosehip barks, strawberry and hibiscus.  

 5-7 minutes      90°C (194°F)
