Je ne sais quoi...

Hm.. I'm gettin greedy from a cup of green tea with flavours of sweet biscuits! A hint of bourbon-vanilla, almost as sweet as pastry. Not easy to create, but a real challenge! A beautiful blend with a strong Parisian feel to it, probably not for every day, but it's so lovely to indulge myself every now and then.      

Ingredients:    
Green sencha tea (China), bourbon-vanilla, pieces of caramel *), sunflower petals.  


 2-3 minutes      80°C (176°F)
