Tête-à-Tête

In our hectic life it's become so difficult to spend an evening with our loved ones. I really try my best for this, but I can't help it either that so many friends and family would like to make appointments with me. We're going to plan our evening! Just us, together, enjoying a lovely herbal and fruit infusion of apple, fennel and pepper. 

Ingredients:    
Pieces of apple, fennel seeds, fine cut blackberry leaves, hibiscus, sunflower petals, cornflower and red peppercorn.  

 5-7 minutes      85°C (185°F)
