Maison THEODOR created this extraordinary fruit infusion commemorating the fruit trees in the garden of mum. There we picked apples, red currants, strawberries... A lovely fruity infusion for summer afternoons (and also really suitable to create as a cold beverage).
Hibiscus, fine cut blackberry leaves, lemon verbena, fennel seeds, apple pieces (8%), pieces of ginger root, lemongrass, caramel pieces (5%), essential oils from lemon, vanilla, apple and rose, orange peel, pieces of pineapple, rose petals, peony petals, pieces of strawberry.
4-6 minutes 90°C (194°F)
