Une fois de plus...!
One more time! Didn't I already find this? Somewhere in this list? But of course: Bollywood Chaïpur. The same blend, based on black tea, now based on South-African rooibos. That's why I can also drink this infusion easily in the evening (because: no caffeine). 'Une fois de plus...!' is a little bit sweeter than its black-tea counterpart. A base of rooibos gives it its classic sweet and fruity notes, combined with the zestful masala-spices, red peppercorn, cardamom and ginger. (Also very nice to enjoy with a little drop of milk, or prepare it completely with milk as a base (instead of water).
