25 Décembre 'Original' - White
The cold season is ever so often called the warm season. Contradictio in terminis? No, not for us. Outside the freezing cold with its white blanket of frost on all plants, the small lights, the firepit in our garden. Inside the fragrances of freshly baked roast, the sausage rolls and the cakes. Some flavors simply bring me back. Surely the delicacy of this 'great white' from Nepal, with its surprising savory notes from the high mountains, the freshly sweet citrus fruits, the cinnamon, nutmeg and clobes. A light infusion with such a warm heart.
White tea (Nepal), essential oils of blood orange, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, orange peel, lemon peel, sunflower petals, marygold flower.
